? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is recruiting on behalf of a renowned luxury safari company operating an exclusive portfolio of lodges and camps across East Africa, for a detail-driven and hands-on ????? ??????? ????????? ???????. Our client is one of East Africa’s most respected luxury safari operations, with a strong commitment to exceptional guest experiences, consistent service standards, and an inspiring conservation ethos. Operating across multiple lodge and camp properties in East Africa, they are known for the depth of their hospitality and the care with which their product is maintained and delivered. This is an opportunity to play a central role in protecting and elevating those standards across the full portfolio. Reporting to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for quality inspections across all properties, developing and maintaining SOPs, driving training initiatives, managing supplier relationships, and coordinating refurbishment and asset management projects. This is a highly hands-on, detail-oriented role that requires someone equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and on the ground at a remote camp – working closely with lodge managers, the hospitality team, and procurement to ensure every corner of the operation meets the group’s exacting standards. ???????????? Exceptional attention to detail – this is non-negotiable. The role exists to uphold and continuously improve standards, and the right person will notice what others miss. Genuinely hands-on approach; comfortable getting into the operational detail at property level across a portfolio of remote lodge and camp environments. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different properties simultaneously. A natural team player who integrates easily with diverse operational teams – collaborative, adaptable, and low-key in their approach. Energy and drive; this role suits someone who is building their career and is eager to take real ownership and make a visible impact. Prior experience in quality assurance, hospitality standards, housekeeping management, or a comparable role within a luxury lodge or hotel environment. Ability to develop, implement, and maintain SOPs in line with brand and service standards. Experience coordinating training programmes focused on quality, consistency, and service delivery. Comfortable managing supplier relationships and supporting procurement and asset-tracking processes. Experience supporting or coordinating lodge refurbishment projects, sourcing of amenities, and wear-and-tear management. Exposure to OpEx and CapEx budgeting in a hospitality or lodge context will be advantageous. Able to review guest feedback and translate findings into actionable operational improvements. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
