Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a highly organised, energetic, and detail-driven Housekeeping & Maintenance Admin Coordinator for a luxury hotel based in the beautiful Constantia Winelands.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both the Housekeeping and Maintenance departments by ensuring efficient administration, seamless communication, and effective coordination across daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily administration across the Housekeeping and Maintenance departments
  
• Manage service logs, repairs, stock levels, and departmental records
  
• Support team scheduling, operational briefings, and interdepartmental communication
  
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain storeroom standards
  
• Assist with preventative maintenance coordination and issue tracking
  
• Ensure health, safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are consistently maintained
  
• Support a seamless luxury guest experience through proactive problem-solving and efficient coordination
  
• Prepare reports, monitor recurring issues, and assist with operational improvements
  

Requirements:

• Previous administration or coordinator experience within hospitality, housekeeping, maintenance, or operations
  
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  
• Confidence working with Microsoft Office and administrative systems
  
• Ability to remain calm and efficient within a fast-paced luxury environment
  
• Team-focused attitude with a passion for operational excellence
