This senior leadership role is ideal for a hospitality professional with extensive experience managing remote, high-end properties independently, with strong expertise in lodge operations, finance, staff management, and guest experience. The successful candidate will be passionate about hospitality, sustainability, conservation, and community development. Key Requirements • Minimum 5 years' experience managing a five-star lodge or similar luxury operation • Strong experience in guest relations, staff management, and operational oversight • Qualification in Hospitality or Business Management • Outgoing, warm, and confident personality, comfortable with affluent guests Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, guests, governmental departments, the community, and industry partners • Lead corporate social responsibility initiatives, including community development projects • Ensure business efficiencies through cost control, quality management, and use of local produce • Develop and enhance guest experiences across all touchpoints • Oversee budget forecasting and financial management to align with business goals Package • Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience • Live-In position Please note that only candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be contacted.
