What You'll Do:
Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned projects, liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Assess operational, technical, and financial feasibility, ensuring projects are set up for success from the start.
Lead project kick-offs, technical/site meetings, and site inspections, actively overseeing all phases of project execution.
Develop detailed project plans, coordinate mobilization of resources and equipment, and supervise on-site activities.
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards, initiating corrective actions as needed.
Manage operational staff and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
Oversee contract variations, claim management, and negotiate adjustments with clients.
Handle project financials, including budget tracking, invoicing, and identifying commercial opportunities to enhance project revenue.
Maintain active travel to project sites approximately 20% of the time, ensuring seamless project delivery across borders.
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Engineering.
10+ years of experience in project management within engineering, logistics, or automation.
Strong knowledge of state-of-the-art systems and techniques in robotics and automation design.
Fluent in English, Dutch, French, and/or German.
Willingness to travel abroad up to 20% of the time.
Excellent communication skills with a hands-on, independent work approach.
Eligibility to work within the European Union without sponsorship.
Familiarity with the following:
Engineering and logistics project execution.
Contract and claim management.
Operational supervision and quality control.
