??? ??????????? ??????????? is partnering with a prestigious five-star hotel on the KwaZulu Natal coast to recruit an experienced and dynamic ???? & ???????? ??????? to lead their food and beverage operations. This role is ideally suited to a results driven hospitality professional with a proven track record of managing food and beverage operations within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational excellence, leading high performing teams, and achieving both financial and service objectives. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations across the restaurant, bars, banqueting, and room service outlets, ensuring consistent service standards and quality across every venue while coordinating closely between the kitchen and service teams and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety. The role also carries full responsibility for financial performance, including preparing and managing food and beverage budgets and forecasts, driving revenue growth, controlling food, beverage, and labour costs, and analysing financial reports such as profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for improved profitability. The successful candidate will lead, develop, and motivate the food and beverage team, maintain a visible presence on the floor during peak operational periods, and take an active role in staff training, performance management, and the effective control of food and beverage stock. Requirements • Degree or equivalent qualification • Between six and ten years of Food and Beverage Manager experience in luxury five-star hotel • At least five years of experience at senior management level within a food and beverage environment • Proven staff management and leadership ability • Experience managing multiple outlets • Computer literacy with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel plus experience with Micros • Experience with revenue management and profit and loss reporting • Sound knowledge and experience of budgeting • A proven ability to analyse financial and economic data and to proactively identify potential risk • A highly presentable and professional manner • A proven track record of exceptional guest interaction and service recovery • Excellent command of the English language with strong verbal and written communication skills • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late shifts, and willingness to travel when required Salary: On application Please note that although we appreciate all applications received, we will only respond to candidates who meet the required background and experience.
