Food & Beverage/Front of House Coordinator – Boutique Lodge – Zambia Our client, a boutique lodge set on a unique riverside property in Zambia, is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Food & Beverage/Front of House Coordinator for a 9-month seasonal contract. This role is ideal for a candidate with a passion for hospitality operations, guest hosting, stock control, and kitchen coordination within an intimate lodge environment. Description: The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the lodge’s food and beverage offering, working closely with the kitchen and management team. You will oversee stock rooms, assist with menu coordination, place orders, and ensure all food-related operations run efficiently. This is a highly hands-on role, requiring involvement in both front-of-house and back-of-house functions. You will assist in managing a busy kitchen environment, support chefs when needed, and contribute to maintaining high service standards for an international guest base. In addition, you will support the Lodge Manager with general operations, including guest hosting in the evenings, ensuring a warm and personalised guest experience. Package & Benefits Salary: $1,300 – $1,500 per month Live-in position (accommodation provided) Meals: Lunch and light breakfast included (dinner when hosting) 1 day off per week (can be accumulated) Flight reimbursement after 3 months (if contract continues) + return flight at end of season Contract duration: 9 months Requirements: Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Front of House within hospitality Strong organisational and stock control skills Excellent communication skills (fluent English essential) Computer literate Hands-on; proactive, and adaptable attitude Relevant qualifications required (for permit purposes)
