FOH / Spa Therapist – 5* Boutique Safari Lodge – (Greater Kruger) ➡️ Live-in Role | Salary: Up to R8,000 + Commission on Treatments Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting a warm, guest-focused FOH / Spa Therapist for a luxury safari lodge in the Balule area (Greater Kruger). This is a dual-role position suited to someone who enjoys guest interaction, is confident with front-of-house duties, and can deliver professional spa treatments to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Front of House (FOH) • Welcome and host guests, ensuring a warm and professional lodge experience • Assist with guest check-ins, guest communication, and daily lodge coordination • Support meal hosting and service flow where required • Handle guest requests, queries, and feedback with professionalism and attention to detail • Assist with basic admin and lodge reporting as required Spa Treatments • Deliver spa treatments confidently and professionally (massages and relevant therapies) • Conduct guest consultations and recommend suitable treatments • Maintain treatment room hygiene, cleanliness, and stock readiness • Drive treatment bookings through guest engagement and upselling, earning commission Requirements • Previous FOH / guest-facing experience in a lodge or high-end hospitality environment advantageous • Qualified Spa Therapist (or proven treatment experience with certification) • Confident with guest engagement, hosting, and service recovery • Professional presentation, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude • Able to work independently, multitask, and support a small team environment • Willing to live on-site in a remote bush setting Package • Salary: Up to R8,000 per month • Commission on treatments • Live-in accommodation provided • Meals provided on duty To Apply Please submit your CV, contactable references, copies of relevant qualifications, and a recent head and shoulders photograph ASAP. ?
