Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Field Guide to join the team at a prestigious luxury safari camp located in the Greater Kruger area. This role offers the opportunity to work in an exceptional natural environment, delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
Package:
Salary: R6,500 CTC per month
Live-in position
Meals provided while on duty
Provident fund
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct guided game drives and bush walks, offering informative and engaging experiences to guests
Share in-depth knowledge of the local flora, fauna, and conservation efforts
Ensure guest safety at all times during activities
Maintain all guiding equipment and vehicles to a high standard
Work collaboratively with lodge staff to enhance the overall guest experience
Requirements:
FGASA Level 1 (minimum) and valid PDP
Registered with DEAT/THETA
Valid First Aid certificate
Rifle competency certificate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong passion for wildlife, conservation, and hospitality
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
