We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision of an ultra-luxury private island resort in the Seychelles, part of an exclusive international Group. With three restaurants, three bars, 50 luxury villas, and highly personalised dining experiences, this role requires a chef who thrives at the highest level of hospitality — where detail, creativity, and consistency are non-negotiable. The Role As Executive Chef, you will oversee and elevate all culinary operations across the island — from signature restaurant concepts to bespoke, once-in-a-lifetime private dining experiences. This role is suited to a confident, hands-on leader who understands the nuances of remote island logistics, embraces sustainability, and consistently delivers exceptional guest experiences in a high-expectation environment.
