Requirements: • Formal culinary qualification • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior culinary leadership role • Previous luxury lodge, boutique hotel, or fine dining experience preferred • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills • Proven experience in food costing, stock control, and kitchen administration • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to culinary excellence • Ability to work effectively in a remote lodge environment • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences ? Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all kitchen operations and food production • Create innovative and seasonal menus aligned with the luxury safari experience • Manage food costs, stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety • Lead, train, mentor, and develop the kitchen brigade • Cater for special dietary requirements and guest preferences • Collaborate with lodge management to enhance the overall guest experience • Maintain consistency across all food offerings • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations ?
