Job Summary
RESTAURANT MANAGER/EAST LONDON – will suit residents staying in Greenfields/Sunny ridge area. A valid code 08 Driver’s license, and own vehicle is non-negotiable. ***Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and evenings, as required by the business. This position is available immediately.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a Restaurant/Hospitality Management role.
Previous experience using IQ Retail will be beneficial
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in stock purchasing, stock control, and inventory management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example.
Hands-on management style with a proactive approach and strong sense of urgency.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities independently.
Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
Salary – Negotiable based on experience
