Job Summary
Requirements:
- Must have stable and reliable internet at home as well as an established set-up for working remotely (own laptop /PC / headset / backup power, etc)
- Working hours – need to align with USA hours (roughly 3pm to midnight, unless they are in daylight savings, then it will likely be adjusted by an hour)
- The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of restaurant industry trends – so must be recent experience
- Strong presentation and report writing skills
- Proven success in previous restaurant consulting projects – and able to discuss previous projects and successes
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role – dealing with client retention etc
Responsibilities include:
- Drive Retention: Proactively engage with a portfolio of customers to understand their business goals and ensure they are maximizing value from the Company platform.
- Retain customers at risk of churning and convert potential churn into long-term loyalty.
- Flex Your Sales Muscle: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio, expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth.
- Become a Trusted Advisor: Partner with customers to navigate challenges, demonstrate platform value, and provide strategic guidance.
- Win Back Customers: Handle challenging situations using sales instincts to retain and reinforce customer commitment
