Role Overview: Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Concession Management Couple for a prestigious luxury tourism and hospitality collection in Botswana. This exceptional opportunity is ideal for a dynamic hospitality couple with extensive safari lodge management experience and a passion for operational excellence, guest satisfaction, team development, and conservation. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful couple will oversee multiple camps within a concession, ensuring exceptional service standards, financial performance, and operational efficiency. ? Requirements: • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum 10 years' management experience within the hospitality industry • Extensive luxury safari lodge or camp management experience essential • Senior operations management experience within hospitality • Strong financial management and budgeting skills • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and people management abilities • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Guiding background advantageous • Willingness to travel extensively between camps ? Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily operations of multiple camps within the concession • Drive exceptional guest experiences and maintain luxury service standards • Lead, mentor, and develop Lodge Managers and operational teams • Manage staffing levels, recruitment, welfare, and performance management • Oversee budgets, expenditure, forecasting, and financial accountability • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and company policies • Manage preventative maintenance and capital improvement projects • Maintain concession, community, and stakeholder relationships • Support conservation, sustainability, and environmental initiatives across the concession • Manage guest and agent feedback and implement service improvements • Host key agents, journalists, and VIP guests as brand ambassadors • Ensure operational excellence and consistency across all properties ?
