Concession General Manager | Luxury Safari Operations Botswana (Town-based with ±70% time in camp) We are recruiting an experienced Concession General Manager to oversee a premium safari concession and its lodges. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on operational excellence, team leadership, financial performance, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead day-to-day operations across multiple camps within the concession • Drive exceptional guest experience and continuously elevate service standards • Oversee budgets, forecasts, and full financial performance of camps • Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and performance development • Ensure asset care, maintenance planning, and operational efficiency • Implement and uphold environmental, sustainability, and health & safety standards • Handle guest and agent feedback, ensuring timely resolution and improvement • Build and maintain strong relationships with community and concession partners • Act as a brand ambassador hosting agents, media, and key stakeholders Requirements: • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field • 10+ years’ experience in hospitality, with strong safari lodge operations exposure • Proven leadership experience managing remote, multi-site teams • Strong financial, operational, and project management skills • Solid understanding of sustainability and conservation practices • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities What We’re Looking For: A resilient, detail-driven leader who thrives in the bush, leads from the front, and can balance operational demands with delivering world-class safari experiences.
