Job Summary
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and experienced Butler / Barman for a luxury safari villa in Thornybush, Mpumalanga.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalised guest service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring an exceptional luxury hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalised and attentive service to guests throughout their stay.

Prepare and serve cocktails, wines and other beverages to a high standard.

Assist with food and beverage service when required.

Maintain the bar area, service stations and guest areas to impeccable standards.

Anticipate guest needs and ensure all requests are handled efficiently.

Assist with setting up and serving meals and private dining experiences.

Maintain stock control and ensure responsible handling of beverages.

Work closely with the lodge team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
-
Previous experience as a Butler, Barman or in a similar luxury hospitality role.

Experience within a luxury safari lodge, villa or boutique hotel is advantageous.

Excellent communication and guest relations skills.

Good knowledge of cocktails, wines and beverage service.

A professional, well-presented and service-driven approach.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.

A valid driver's licence would be advantageous.
