The Business Sales Manager is responsible for driving new business revenue across the KZN region while ensuring effective management of people, processes, and budgets. The role focuses on increasing market penetration, supporting partners and business customers, and maintaining high standards of service delivery and cost control.
You will provide visible leadership to the regional sales team, oversee operational sales activities, and contribute to strategic initiatives alongside senior regional leadership. Regular engagement with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders forms a core part of the role.

What You’ll Do
Drive regional sales performance with a strong focus on new business development
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve individual and regional targets
Oversee regional sales policies, processes, and systems including activity tracking and commissions
Manage customer and partner relationships, ensuring service excellence and issue resolution
Control and manage the regional sales and financial budget
Oversee contract administration at a regional level
Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc sales reporting
Support market penetration initiatives in collaboration with regional leadership
Represent the business at industry, customer, and partner events
What You Bring
Relevant B-degree or equivalent qualification (advantageous)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing
At least 3 years’ sales management experience in a target-driven environment
Proven experience managing a team of 5 or more sales consultants
Strong business acumen with solid analytical capability
Confident, professional presentation skills for customers and partners
A driven, resilient leadership style with a passion for sales and people
