We Are Hiring
We are a growing property maintenance and renovations company looking for a driven Business Development Specialist to join our team.
This role is focused on generating new business, building client relationships, and closing deals across multiple service lines including:
Waterproofing
Painting
Renovations
Plumbing & Electrical
Kitchen & Bathroom upgrades

What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
- Reactivate previous clients and build long-term relationships
- Manage and grow an existing client base
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline
- Work closely with estimators and technical teams to close deals
- Present solutions to homeowners, landlords, and small commercial clients
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3–5 years’ sales experience (construction/property industry highly preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong experience in cold calling and building a pipeline from scratch
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with strong follow-up ability
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
- Based in or near the Northern Suburbs
Advantageous
- Experience selling multiple service offerings (renovations, maintenance, construction, etc.)
- Exposure to working with estimators or technical teams
- Existing network within residential or small commercial property market
