Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position would be advantageous.
- 3 -5 years technical sales experience is required.
- Able to work well under pressure, service-orientated and detail-driven.
- Excellent communicator with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Computer literate organised and goal driven.
- Honest, reliable and strong in problem-solving.
- Solid mechanical or technical background.
- Able to work independently, being a self-starter and quick learner.
- Comfortable networking and engaging with clients across different industries.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients.
- Develop new business opportunities in target industries.
- Prepare quotes and manage them through a CRM system.
- Order stock and maintain branch inventory.
- Oversee deliveries and manage logistics.
- Supervise and support the branch assistant.
- Monitor projects, parts and deliveries from start to finish.
- Meet set sales and branch performance targets.
- Represent the company professionally across the region.
