? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is partnering with a well-established and highly regarded hospitality group based in Cape Town to recruit an experienced and creative ????????? ??????? The Marketing Manager will develop and deliver the annual marketing strategy, manage budgets, track performance and use market insights to drive brand visibility and commercial results. Key responsibilities include overseeing all digital marketing channels (websites, social media, paid advertising, SEO and online reputation), managing suppliers, and ensuring consistent, high-quality content across all platforms. The role also supports PR, events and partnerships to strengthen brand awareness and engagement. Requirements: A minimum of five years’ proven experience in a marketing management role, ideally within hospitality, boutique hotels, or a premium lifestyle brand This role would suite a commercially minded marketing professional Strong strategic planning and implementation capability Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, paid advertising, and public relations Proficiency in CRM systems, analytics tools, and software design is advantageous. Proven experience in developing and managing marketing strategies, budgets, and performance reporting Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills A creative, detail-oriented mindset with a strong passion for brand storytelling The ability to work collaboratively while taking clear ownership of outcomes Adaptability and resilience within a fast paced and dynamic environment This position is not hybrid, so you must reside in Cape Town.
