As Assistant Lodge Manager, you will support the Villa Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading the front-of-house team, and ensuring exceptional guest journeys from arrival to departure. Requirements • Proven management experience within 4–5★ luxury hospitality, ideally in boutique lodges or small luxury hotels • Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor, guide, and motivate teams • Highly polished, confident, and guest-focused with exceptional attention to detail • Operationally hands-on with excellent problem-solving and guest recovery skills • Flexible to work day and evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills verbal and written • Excellent Computer Literacy Key Responsibilities • Act as second-in-command to the Villa Manager, supporting overall operations and standards • Lead the guest experience from arrival to departure, ensuring warm, discreet, and personalised service • Oversee daily front-of-house operations • Manage guest requests, itineraries, activities, and sbookings with precision and creativity • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally to exceed expectations • Maintain exceptional presentation and ambiance across all guest-facing areas • Coordinate closely with housekeeping, kitchen, and F&B teams to ensure seamless service delivery • Assist with staff supervision, training, and performance standards • Ensure SOPs, service standards, and brand values are consistently upheld Package: • Salary: R25 000 CTC • LIVE OUT position (candidates already living on the Southern Peninsula of CT will be preferred) • Other benefits to be discussed Start Date: ASAP
