Earnings: R800,000 - R1,600,000+ per year (Uncapped)
Duties:
Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth throughout the GCC markets.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.
Develop and execute market-specific strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored workforce and talent solutions that meet regional business needs.
Provide exceptional client service while building and maintaining long-term strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
At least 6 years of business development, sales, or new business experience within the GCC markets.
Proven track record of securing new clients and generating revenue across the Gulf region.
Strong understanding of GCC business cultures, procurement processes, and market dynamics.
Ability to independently develop, manage, and close a sales pipeline.
Consultative sales approach with credibility to engage senior executives and stakeholders.
Skills in Business Development, Client Acquisition, Account Management, Relationship Building, and Negotiation.
Nice to Have:
