Key Responsibilities: • Assist in managing daily club operations across all sites • Support, lead, and motivate staff to ensure high performance standards • Deliver exceptional member experiences through personalised service • Assist with operational planning, reporting, and administration • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene compliance • Support implementation of club policies, procedures, and service standards • Assist with budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency initiatives • Contribute to membership growth, retention, and marketing strategies ? Requirements: • Previous management experience in luxury health, fitness, or hospitality environments • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities • Ability to work across multiple locations (Eastern Cape & KZN) • Member-focused, professional, and proactive approach • Experience in budgeting, reporting, and operational oversight • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment ?
