Are you ready to design and deploy AI solutions that actually make a difference? Join our team as an AI Developer and help shape how organisations adopt copilots, AI agents, and generative AI using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio.
You’ll turn business needs into practical, scalable AI applications — from conversational experiences and automated workflows to production-ready agents and integrations — while working alongside architects, engineers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
What you’ll do:
· Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered applications, copilots, virtual assistants, and AI agents
· Configure solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, and Azure OpenAI
· Develop prompt orchestration, workflows, and secure integrations with enterprise systems and APIs
· Deliver PoCs, pilots, and production solutions while contributing to reusable AI accelerators
· Apply Responsible AI principles and maintain high engineering standards through code reviews and documentation
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
· 2–5 years of software development experience in enterprise environments
· Hands-on experience with AI, automation, or digital solutions
· Strong skills in REST APIs, system integrations, and Agile delivery
· Exposure to Microsoft Azure and cloud-based development
· Matric + Degree/Diploma in Computer Science (or related field)
Technical skills:
Azure AI Foundry | Azure OpenAI | Copilot Studio | Prompt Engineering | AI Agents | REST APIs | Azure (App Services, Storage, Identity) | Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Java
Advantageous:
Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps) | Microsoft Fabric | Azure Functions | Logic Apps | Microsoft Graph | GitHub or Azure DevOps | Relevant Microsoft certifications (AI-102, Copilot Studio, AZ-900, PL-900)
