? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is recruiting on behalf of a boutique hospitality collection with a portfolio of luxury properties, for an experienced and hands-on ????????? ??????? Our client is a well-established boutique hospitality group operating across multiple properties, each with its own revenue streams across rooms, food and beverage, bar and functions. The group is at an exciting point of consolidation and growth, bringing its entities onto a unified financial platform and building toward a single, clean consolidated reporting structure. This is a genuine ownership role for a finance professional who wants to be more than a processor – someone who takes full accountability for the numbers at every level. Reporting at group level, the successful candidate will own the full finance function across all four entities: daily and monthly processing, bank and cash reconciliations, debtor and creditor management, intercompany cost recovery, payroll and statutory compliance, and food and beverage cost control and stock. Beyond the day-to-day, the role carries responsibility for monthly management packs, departmental profit and loss, hospitality performance reporting, budget preparation and rolling reforecasts, fixed asset registers, and audit readiness across the group. This position is office based in Somerset West. ???????????? · A relevant finance degree is essential (e.g. BCom or equivalent). · Completed articles (SAICA or SAIPA) is a strong advantage – a full CA(SA) is not required. · Hospitality finance experience is strongly preferred, with a solid understanding of food and beverage cost control, stock management and revenue-per-department reporting. · Proven ability to manage a full finance function end-to-end across multiple entities, including intercompany accounts and cost recovery. · Hands-on experience with bank and cash reconciliations, debtor and creditor management, and till and float control. · Comfortable with payroll, including leave, overtime, casual staff and statutory submissions (PAYE, UIF, SDL and COIDA). · Strong grasp of hospitality performance metrics: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, labour cost as a percentage of revenue and cost per occupied room. · Detail-oriented and accurate, with a strong sense of personal ownership over the numbers. · Self-managing and dependable – able to multitask across entities and meet deadlines without close supervision. · Contactable references essential. ?????? – on application ➡️ ?????? ???? – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
