Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with more than 8 years of project management experience to lead and deliver medium to large-scale projects across various disciplines, including Information Technology, Engineering, Property, or Business Operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to completion within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality parameters. The role requires strong leadership capability, stakeholder engagement expertise, and advanced knowledge of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.

The Senior Project Manager will also mentor junior project managers and team members, ensure optimal task prioritization, and work closely with Product Managers to translate business requirements, epics, and user stories into structured delivery plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large projects aligned to business strategy.
  

• Implement and manage Agile and/or hybrid project methodologies.
  

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management frameworks.
  

• Ensure accurate cost estimation and effective budget control.
  

• Manage scope, change control, and benefit realization throughout the project lifecycle.
  

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and governance meetings.
  

• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and junior staff.
  

• Engage and manage diverse stakeholder groups across multiple business areas.
  

• Conduct impact assessments across processes, systems, and organizational roles.
  

• Monitor project performance using KPIs, quality metrics, and status reporting.
  

• Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and control standards.
  

• Lead post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
  

• Ensure adequate resource allocation and capacity planning.
  

• Escalate risks and issues appropriately to senior management.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Essential)
  

• Postgraduate qualification in Project Management or Business Management (Advantageous)
  

Certifications

• Professional Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent (Essential)
  

• Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe (Preferred)
  

Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in a project environment
  

• At least 5–7 years in a Project Manager role
  

• Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale projects
  

• Strong experience in Agile project environments
  

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
  

Technical & Professional Competencies
