About the Role

As Manager, you will take on a senior leadership role across consulting engagements, driving project delivery, mentoring consultants and analysts, and helping clients solve complex business and regulatory challenges. You will be responsible for developing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple projects and workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements and take responsibility for successful project delivery
• Solve complex banking, insurance, and financial services challenges
• Mentor, coach, and develop analysts and consultants
• Provide career guidance and performance support to team members
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Support business development and proposal generation activities
• Conduct business analysis and data analysis
• Design and implement management reports and dashboards
• Work with technical teams and analyse programming-based solutions where required
• Continuously build subject matter expertise across consulting practice areas
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure delivery excellence across engagements

What You’ll Bring

• Degree qualification, with postgraduate qualification preferred
• 5+ years of experience within financial services
• Strong subject matter expertise in banking and/or insurance
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects successfully
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
• Strong client relationship management capability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• High-performance mindset with strong ownership and accountability

Nice to Have

• Consulting experience within banking or insurance sectors
• Technical capability with SQL, SAS, Python, or Business Intelligence tools
• Experience with systems implementation or transformation projects
• CFA, FRM, or similar finance/risk management qualification
• Business development and proposal writing experience
