Job Summary
- The New Business Outbound Consultant will be responsible for investigating, troubleshooting and resolving all queries related to Account Origination journey for New Bank client, including Bin migration clients.
- Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to (product and systems will be trained here):
- Investigate, troubleshoot why clients are stuck in the Account Origination journey
- Provide feedback and insights on Account Origination journey blockers
- Provides exceptional client on-boarding experience - personalized, warm and effective through our multiple channels e.g. calls, web, chat, video, etc.
- Supports the new accounts application process and ensure accuracy/completeness of activations, when required
- Educates our clients about their accounts/products
- Identifies up-sell opportunities (understand the client's needs/provide solutions) if required
- Actions Know Your Customer (KYC) principles.

- Grade 12
- Bachelor of Commerce Degree
