Job Summary
We are recruiting an IT Project Manager (Agile) to lead complex IT integration projects in the financial services sector. This role blends Agile delivery with structured governance to drive transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Manage system integrations, API rollouts, and data migrations
Balance governance with agility using Jira, Confluence & MS Project
Track budgets, risks, and dependencies while reporting to stakeholders
Mentor junior project managers and ensure delivery excellence
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven track record delivering IT projects in financial services/banking
Hands‑on experience with system integration, API deployments, and data migration
Strong proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) and MS Project
Excellent stakeholder communication and risk management skills
Certifications preferred: PMP/PRINCE2, ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI‑ACP, or SAFe Agilist
