This is an office-based role with extensive travel opportunities, suited to a creative professional with strong digital marketing and fundraising expertise. Key Outputs & Responsibilities Strategic Planning Develop and implement a comprehensive digital fundraising strategy Analyse trends, opportunities, and challenges in the digital fundraising landscape Set clear objectives and KPIs for digital campaigns, aligned with organisational goals Campaign Management Lead planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel digital fundraising campaigns (email, social media, online events) Oversee content creation to ensure messaging is compelling and relevant Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights for future strategies Donor Engagement Ensure professional engagement with key donors online Use data-driven insights to segment and target donors effectively, enhancing personalisation and retention Partnership Development Identify and establish partnerships with digital platforms, influencers, and organisations Collaborate with communications and partnerships teams to integrate fundraising efforts with wider campaigns Budget Management Manage the digital fundraising budget efficiently to maximise ROI Explore innovative and cost-effective digital tools and platforms to enhance campaigns Compliance Ensure compliance with organisational policies regarding funding sources, confidentiality, and data handling Competencies & Skills Strong digital communication, presentation, and influencing skills High proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams Strategic thinker with a results- and impact-driven approach Experienced in project management and cross-functional collaboration Creative storyteller with excellent attention to detail Data-informed and comfortable using analytics to drive decisions Personal Attributes Donor-focused and results-driven Digitally savvy and confident across online platforms Proactive; adaptable, and deadline-driven Collaborative and comfortable working across teams Passionate about social and environmental impact Previous Work Experience Required Relevant qualifications in digital marketing, communications, or fundraising Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital fundraising, preferably in the non-profit sector Knowledge of Google and Meta advertising policies and optimisation strategies Experience designing and implementing campaigns that engage and retain donors Familiarity with fundraising software and CRM systems is an advantage Budgeting experience, strong attention to detail, and proven teamwork skills Work Environment Sandton-based office role with extended hours Extensive travel within South Africa, regionally, and internationally, including remote and challenging locations This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally savvy and strategic professional to drive impactful fundraising initiatives within a respected luxury property group.
