Milorho Lodge & AfriCamps at Milorho | Magaliesberg, North West We are seeking an experienced, professional and hands-on Management Couple to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of our established lodge and glamping destination in the beautiful Magaliesberg. Milorho offers self-catering accommodation, luxury glamping tents, extensive natural surroundings, hiking trails and a range of guest activities. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated couple who enjoy country living, hospitality, nature and creating exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities Full operational management of Milorho Lodge and AfriCamps at Milorho. Staff recruitment, training, supervision, scheduling and performance management. Reservations; guest communication, check-ins, complaints and guest satisfaction. Housekeeping; laundry, cleanliness and accommodation standards. Property maintenance, preventative maintenance, gardens, grounds and infrastructure. Management of the reception, coffee shop, retail shop and guest activities. Stock control, purchasing, supplier relationships and cost management. Financial administration, budgeting, reporting and operational controls. Health; safety, security and compliance. Maintaining excellent guest reviews and continuously improving the guest experience. Requirements Proven experience managing a lodge, resort, safari lodge or similar hospitality establishment. Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving abilities. Excellent guest relations and communication skills. Sound financial and administrative management experience. Practical maintenance and property management experience. Computer literacy and familiarity with hospitality booking systems. Both candidates must be hands-on, reliable and comfortable living in a rural environment. Valid driver's licences. Contactable references.
