The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the property, ensuring outstanding guest experiences while driving revenue growth, strengthening industry relationships, and positioning the hotel as a preferred destination. Key Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior hospitality management position. Previous experience as a General Manager, Hotel Manager, Lodge Manager, or Operations Manager. Proven background in sales, marketing, and business development. Experience working with travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, and online travel platforms. Strong understanding of revenue management and hotel distribution channels. Excellent financial management, budgeting, and administrative skills. Proficiency in hotel reservation and property management systems. Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or Business Management. Valid driver's licence. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel. Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest service standards. Lead and manage the Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance departments. Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives to maximise occupancy and revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with tourism partners, corporate clients, and industry stakeholders. Manage financial performance, budgets, and operational efficiencies. Lead; mentor, and develop a high-performing hospitality team. Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous service improvements. Drive revenue management strategies, promotional campaigns, and business growth initiatives. Represent the hotel at industry events, networking functions, and trade engagements.
