Matric with at least 2 years experience in a call center required.
Experience in Customer Service dealing with clients on product knowledge, queries and complaints.
Ability to handle multiple calls and emails concurrently.
Respond to tickets logged telephonically, email and social media such as Twitter or Facebook.
Able to work in a fast paced environment, meeting client SLA deliveries.
Excellent written and verbal communication dealing with International and National client base.
