Our client in the Insurance industry is looking for a Team Leader to assist the call center in attaining sales targets.
Key responsibilities
1.Achievement of sales (TCF) • Assist with direct marketing sales processes, targets and team • Contribute towards sales policies & procedures. • Monitor the performance of staff • Gather information on complaints and provide feedback to necessary parties • Assist in compiling of statistics • Assist with client queries • Monitor direct marketing campaign and measure results and assist with the implementation • Assist non-performers • Recommend possible incentives • Assist in enforcing discipline
2.Responsible for Lead loading / allocation • Ensure the call center is provided with leads. (Daily, weekly and monthly) • Keeping record of leads loaded • Ensure that internal dialer is loaded and monitored as per business needs
3.Market products and achieve sales target (TCF) • Sell policies (in and out bound) • Apply product knowledge • Capture policy on system • Attend to client queries • Process amendments on policies • Responsible for own policy retention
Requirements • Matric • Recognized Qualification as per the FSB list of Recognized Qualifications • RE 5 • Registration as a Fit and Proper Representative • 3 Years' Experience in the Insurance Industry • Experience in Category A and B1
