The role supports the IT Governance function (2nd Line of Defense) covering DIRECT/ENABLE/CONTROL within Identity & Access Management. This includes policies and regulations, artefacts, processes and architecture, digitalisation and AI, data and performance, risk and compliance management, DevOps SAP GRC and IRMA, communication, awareness and training.

• Develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
  
• Review and streamline existing code, including APIs and interfaces.
  
• Migrate custom code into the ServiceNow standard framework.
  
• Design, develop and implement new features and functionality.
  
• Support ServiceNow customers with their service structures.
  
• Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, guidelines and operations manuals.
  

Requirements

Essential Skills

• Expertise in JSON, Java and JavaScript.
  
• Experience in ServiceNow-based custom application development or similar platforms.
  
• Experience in Enterprise Risk & Compliance and Integrated Risk Management.
  
• Experience with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  
• Experience integrating REST APIs, NOW API and SAP systems.
  
• Experience with UI Builder, Service Portal Designer, Themes and Widgets.
  
• Experience integrating complex business information and technical requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Fluent English communication skills, including business reading and writing.
