Financial Administrator- Agri Trading Company
Location: Pretoria
Role Type: Perm, On-Site
Salary: R35K per month Negotiable PLUS Bonus
Experience and Qualifications:
2-4 years' experience in Finance Admin within the Agri Trading industry with an education background in Finance/Accounting will be given first preference
Alternatively, candidates with 5+ administration experience outside of Agri will be considered but then MUST have a Financial/Accounting education non-negotiable.
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans is non-negotiable
Must be willing and able to work on-site Mon-Friday
Main Responsibilities:
Preparation, calculation, and issuing of customer invoices (including other invoices, as well as the daily printing of issued invoices and monitoring of price groups where applicable).
Calculation and processing of supplier payments, including printing supplier invoices and ensuring that they are filed.
Sending payment advice before payments are made and distributing proof of payment to the relevant parties. Printing payment records for record-keeping purposes.
Calculating and processing transport payments, including maintaining the weekly and bi-weekly transport payment lists.
Calculation and processing of commission payments.
Updating and maintaining supplier statements (on both the system and the server).
Preparation and issuing of spot sales invoices.
Handling queries and following up on outstanding information, including collecting and organizing payment advice, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
Calculation and invoicing of additional costs, ensuring that all additional costs are recovered.
Calculation of storage payments.
