Requirements:
- Grade 12
- 1–2 years’ experience in a coordination or administrative role
- Experience within a service delivery environment – advantageous
- A valid drivers license
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end scheduling and execution of new service installations
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deployment
- Track progress and proactively resolve scheduling or resource conflicts
- Manage routine and emergency maintenance schedules for existing clients
- Ensure service level agreements are met by tracking technician dispatch and job completion
- Maintain accurate service records and logs for compliance and reporting
- Provide timely updates, respond to queries, and handle complaints professionally
- Work closely with sales, technicians, contractors, and operations teams
- Participate in planning meetings for service demand and resource allocation
- Promote a customer-first culture through professional and efficient service delivery
