Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting for a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping department at a luxury 5-star lodge in Sabie Sands. This live-in role combines leadership of housekeeping operations with occasional front-of-house duties, making it ideal for a hands-on hospitality professional.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the housekeeping department in its entirety, including staffing, stock control, ordering, rotation, supervision, and quality control
Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, attention to detail, and service within guest rooms and lodge areas
Assist the Front of House team when required, including check-ins/check-outs, activity bookings, and responding to guest requests
Maintain smooth day-to-day operations while mentoring and developing housekeeping staff
Uphold lodge standards and ensure consistent guest satisfaction
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience managing housekeeping operations in a luxury lodge or 5-star hotel
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail and service standards
Ability to assist with front-of-house duties when required
Background in spa therapy or previous front-of-house experience is advantageous
Professional, reliable, and guest-focused
Ability to live and work in a remote lodge environment
