Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all golf operations, including the pro shop, driving range, and golf course maintenance.
Develop and implement golf policies and procedures.
Ensure the golf course is in excellent condition and meets industry standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the golf industry.
Hire, train and supervise all golf staff.
Prepare and manage the annual budget for the golf department.
Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments such as food and beverage, maintenance or groundskeeping.
Manage golf shop operations and ensure the quality of merchandise and services.
Plan, organize and direct golf tournaments and promotional events.
