Executive Chef | Luxury Safari Lodge | North West Province
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at a luxury safari lodge in the North West Province. This senior leadership role requires creativity, operational excellence and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences within a luxury lodge environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Create innovative, seasonal menus aligned with the luxury safari experience
• Manage food costs, stock control, ordering and kitchen budgets
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene and safety
• Lead, train and mentor the kitchen brigade
• Cater for special dietary requirements and guest preferences
• Collaborate with lodge management to enhance the overall guest experience
• Maintain consistency in culinary standards across all food offerings
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety and food handling regulations
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior culinary leadership role
• Previous luxury lodge, boutique hotel or fine-dining experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Proven experience in food costing, stock management and kitchen administration
• Ability to work effectively in a remote lodge environment
• Excellent attention to detail and passion for culinary excellence
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
