Duties:
Deliver professional Food and Beverage services to residents and guests
Ensure effective service in dining rooms, bars, lounges, pool areas, Room Service, and off-site functions
Respond promptly and attentively to individual guest needs and expectations
Apply technical knowledge of Food and Beverage service in a luxury setting
Follow varied service sequences including breakfast, à la carte, Table d'hôte, buffet, and room service
Requirements:
Grade 10 qualification
Up to 6 months of experience in a similar role within a Luxury 5-Star Hotel or Lodge
Formal professional development in Food and Beverage
Nice to Have:
Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
