Job Summary
We are seeking a C&I Sales Representative to support sales growth in the commercial and industrial energy market. The candidate must have relevant C&I industry exposure and be capable of developing relationships with installers, EPCs, distributors, and
project-based clients. Candidates from a purely residential solar sales background will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop new business opportunities in the C&I segment
• Maintain and grow relationships with installers, EPCs, resellers, and commercial clients
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and product introductions
• Prepare quotations and follow up on commercial opportunities
• Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets
• Gather market intelligence and competitor information
• Work with internal technical and aftersales teams to support customer needs
• Update CRM / sales reports and maintain an active pipeline
Minimum Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in Business, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or related field
• 2–5 years of sales experience in the solar / energy / electrical industry
• Must have exposure to C&I market sales
• Good understanding of commercial and industrial energy solutions
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport

• Residential-only sales candidates will not be considered
Preferred
• Experience selling inverters, batteries, PV components, or related electrical products
• Existing network in the South African C&I market
