Milton Resourcing is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Consultant to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, negotiating service agreements, and generating recruitment opportunities across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities and secure client meetings
• Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers
• Identify and secure Permanent Recruitment and TES opportunities
• Negotiate terms of business and service level agreements
• Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting to onboarding
• Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting
• Grow existing client accounts and identify new opportunities
Minimum Requirements:
• 3–8 years' recruitment agency experience
• Proven business development experience within a recruitment or staffing environment
• Experience selling Permanent Recruitment and TES solutions
• Strong understanding of recruitment and labour broking environments
• Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
• Target-driven with a strong hunter mentality
