Duties:
Implement, review, and ensure compliance with all regional Quality systems and procedures
Develop and lead an internal Quality audit program
Drive continuous improvement projects within the region
Manage and develop the Quality team
Oversee quality assurance processes for raw materials and final products
Reduce customer complaints through proactive quality management
Collaborate with Sales Managers to deliver exceptional customer service
Assemble, analyse, and report on Quality statistics and trends; make strategic recommendations
Manage the Material Review Board (MRM) and Document Review Meeting (DRM) processes
Facilitate the Management of Change (MOC) process and other quality initiatives
Establish and oversee the regional Quality budget
Provide technical support to production processes
Support SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) initiatives as needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within manufacturing, FMCG, or packaging industries
Proven ability to delegate and meet deadlines
Results-driven with a strong focus on quality assurance, control, and continuous improvement
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities
