Job Summary
We are on the hunt for a commercially minded, process-loving, team-rallying Group Reservations Manager. We’re not looking for a checklist supervisor or someone to just watch the incoming bookings roll in. We need a hospitality powerhouse who understands how reservations, revenue, guest smiles, and property operations all dance together—and who knows how to call the tunes. Our central reservations engine is still revving up and embedding itself into our DNA. This means you aren’t just inheriting a pre-baked system. You get the keys to the kingdom to shape processes, coach an eager team, and build a bulletproof, scalable operating model ready for future territories. ? What You’ll Be Doing Running the Show: Owning the daily heartbeat of the central reservations hub. You’ll keep provisional bookings, deposits, and group rooming lists locked down and perfectly organized. Inspiring the Crew: Leading, rostering, and coaching a talented team. You’ll turn booking queries into high-conversion wins while keeping team morale sky-high. Talking Numbers: Spotting trends in daily net pickup, ADR movements, and channel distribution. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Finance to protect revenue and highlight growth opportunities. Mastering the Tech: Keeping our PMS, channel managers, and booking engines completely synced and error-free. Building the Playbook: Writing and rolling out the practical, fluff-free Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that will allow us to seamlessly add new properties to our portfolio. ? What You Bring to the Table The Background: Solid experience leading a centralized, multi-property hospitality reservations team. The Tech Toolkit: Deep familiarity with platforms like SiteMinder; ProfitRoom, Semper, NightsBridge ; or similar systems. Strong Excel skills are a must. The Mindset: You are analytically sharp, process-driven without being bureaucratic, and a natural problem solver who spots an operational risk before it touches a guest. The Vibe: You are highly collaborative, accountable, and thrilled by the idea of building something sustainable from the ground up. • Submit an updated CV in MS Word or another editable format, listing your current position first, and include a headshot taken within the past 6 months.
