Salary: R20,000 – R25,000 DOE Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reservations Team Lead for a luxury property group based in Bryanston. This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering seamless guest experiences while leading a high-performing team. ? Minimum Requirements: • Minimum 6 years’ experience in a tourism/travel call centre or reservations department • Proven experience as a Senior Reservations Consultant or Team Lead • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Proficient in Microsoft Office; PMS knowledge (Nebula, eRes, OperaCloud, Apex) advantageous • Well-organised with strong time management and problem-solving abilities • Dynamic, professional, and self-motivated • Valid RSA ID ? Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a small Central Reservations team • Oversee reservations across all channels (phone, WhatsApp, email, OTA platforms, social media) • Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling within the property portfolio • Manage reservation statuses and ensure SOP compliance • Oversee OTA management and ensure adherence to company policies • Train, support, and motivate team members • Handle cancellations, amendments, and refunds efficiently • Assist with availability, deposits, forecasting, and inventory management • Prepare arrival reports and liaise with lodge operations teams • Maintain accurate system records, correspondence, and filing • Ensure quick turnaround times and efficient inbox management • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners ?
