We are seeking a highly capable Deployment Lead to manage the successful rollout, implementation, and operational readiness of complex platforms within client environments. This role is responsible for ensuring deployments are well planned, effectively coordinated, and successfully transitioned into live operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution discipline to deliver high-quality outcomes across multiple environments.   
 

• Lead end-to-end deployment activities including planning, mobilization, execution, go-live, and stabilization.    
  
• Develop structured deployment plans with clear milestones, timelines, and responsibilities.    
  
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, operational, and client stakeholders.    
  
• Ensure readiness across training, governance, workflows, testing, and access requirements.    
  
• Identify, manage, and resolve risks, blockers, and implementation dependencies.    
  
• Monitor progress, maintain delivery momentum, and ensure accountability throughout the deployment lifecycle.    
  
• Support pilot deployments and post-go-live reviews to ensure continuous improvement.    
  
• Maintain alignment between solution design, operational needs, and implementation reality.    
  
• Produce accurate reporting, documentation, and decision logs.    
  
• Drive high standards of execution, communication, and stakeholder confidence.   
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in deployment leadership, implementation management, programme delivery, or complex rollout environments.   
  
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in live, high-dependency, or multi-stakeholder environments.    
• Strong ability to convert strategic objectives into practical execution plans and measurable milestones.   
  
• Experience managing risks, blockers, dependencies, escalations, and readiness activities.   
  
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership, technical teams, and operational teams.   
  
• Experience supporting pilot deployments, go-live activities, and post-deployment stabilization.   
  
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.   
  
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.   
  
•  Ability to work across multiple industries and adapt deployment strategies accordingly.
