Job Summary
A respected and established Dental Practice in Linden, Johannesburg, is seeking an experienced HPCSA-Registered Dentist to join their team permanently. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician with private practice experience who is looking for a flexible position with excellent earning potential in a supportive practice environment.
Position Details
Permanent position
Immediate start available
Location: Linden, Johannesburg
Approximately 140–160 working hours per month
Flexible working schedule
Saturday shifts on a rotational basis
Remuneration
Commission-based structure of 33%–50% of turnover
Commission is earned on all patients treated, irrespective of whether accounts have been paid
No bad debt deductions
Requirements
Current HPCSA registration
Minimum of 1–2 years' private practice experience (essential)
Valid malpractice/professional indemnity insurance
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Practice Support
Dedicated Dental Assistant provided
Dentists are responsible for their own billing
GoodX practice management software
