*Job Summary:* We are seeking an experienced and visionary *Client Partner* to lead our operations across Africa for a global digital platform and solutions company. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, a proven track record of client leadership, and the business acumen to drive growth across diverse markets. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of managing high-level client relationships, recruiting and developing top talent, and overseeing the successful implementation of multiple projects across the continent.
Candidates must come from the below consultancy firms Deloitte, Accenture, Mckinsey, Delta Partners.
Experience and exposure to telecom (at least with contact in one large US telco).
Focus on Marketing, sales or digital/ technology (avoid areas as network and pure operations.
Senior manager or junior partner at consulting firms (or former employees).
Main functions expected are commercial and operational coverage of 1–3 large-scale clients (non-competitive)
- Client P&L management
- Recruitment of local team
- Recruitment of commission-based agents
- Mapping and monitoring of key stakeholders (including events)
- Pipeline management
- Identification of RFPs
- Project performance monitoring
- Ideation for innovation pipeline
- Roadshows (including potential new clients)
