WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a strategic and experienced Group Account Director with strong financial services and corporate communications experience. The ideal candidate will be confident managing senior clients, leading teams and turning complex topics into clear, compelling communications.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Lead client accounts and communications strategies
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
Provide strategic counsel on reputation, risk and communications
Develop integrated PR, digital and communications campaigns
Translate complex financial topics into engaging narratives
Lead and mentor account teams
Oversee multiple accounts, budgets, delivery and quality
Identify opportunities for account growth and new business
Track campaign performance and optimise results
WHAT WILL YOU NEED
8–10 years’ agency client service experience
Strong financial services, banking, fintech or corporate communications experience
Banking or financial institution experience is highly advantageous
Strong strategic communications and reputation management skills
Experience managing senior stakeholders and leading teams
Experience delivering integrated campaigns
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business or related field
Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
Commercially minded, strategic and calm under pressure
