Job Opportunity: Personal Assistant - Retail
Location: East Rand, Johannesburg
Salary: R12 000 – R18 000 Neg CTC
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and priorities for director.
- Handle correspondence and communication with staff and stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry operations is a plus.
- Business Admin, Hospitality.
- 3-5 years of experience as a personal or administrative assistant, preferably in retail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
